– Minor arrested from Mathura district, accused sent to jail

(Sitaram Natani) Fatehgarh police of Guna district has safely recovered the minor girl kidnapped from the police station area from Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh and arrested the accused. According to the information received, the father of the victim minor girl, with the aim of luring his 17-year-old minor daughter to a woman from his own village and taking her with him to Haryana for marriage on 29 February 24, where someone named Gaurav Jat was staying with him. The report of abandoning the boy was lodged at Fatehgarh police station of the district. On the basis of whose report, crime number 50/24, section 363, 366 of Indian Penal Code was registered against the said woman and Gaurav Jat in Fatehgarh police station and taken up for investigation.
The police searched intensively for the minor kidnapper of the case. In this, with the help of technical resources, continuous efforts were made to search for the kidnapper. As a result, when the police received information that the minor abductor in the case was in Koshikala police station area of Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, a police team from Fatehgarh police station reached Mathura district. Last day, the accused in the case was safely arrested from village Anch of Koshikala police station area of the district.
On the basis of the statements given by the victim girl on Dastyabi, Section 266 of Indian Penal Code was amended and sections 366-A and 368 of Indian Penal Code and SCST Act were added and the Fatehgarh police station searched intensively for the accused in the case. During this time, one of the accused in the case, Gaurav, son of Hemraj Jat, resident of village Ainch police station, Koshikala district, Mathura Uttar Pradesh, was arrested and presented in the court. From where he has been sent to jail.
